Starter Program

This consists of 6, ninety-minute sessions where we work one-on-one with you. It can be on sequencing, timing, philosophy, and any concept that you do not understand or need to work on. Our first session is an intake where we discuss your program, determine your needs and you teach us a yoga sequence so we can assess where you are. Upon Registration, we will reach out and schedule your sessions. These can be done in-studio or via Zoom as needed.
