About the event
In this DONATION BASED Sunday Funday, we will share a community Yoga Mala in honor of the first day of Summer! While Tiffany Pridgen of Glow Yoga plays her crystal bowls, we will all flow though Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) at our own paces! Whether you do 1 or 108, this is a wonderful time to join as a community and share energy, healing, and joy!
This is also a community give-back opportunity. We are collecting donations for a local area charity, Help Thy Neighbor of Johnston County! Donations can be made with cash or card! What better way to lift those around us than by helping those in need?
