Ebb & Flow Yoga's mission is to create a safe and empowering community of wellness and support for all bodies, from all walks of life. While we serve the Garner and Clayton NC area locally, we offer space to all, regardless of location.

 

Ebb & Flow Yoga is committed to the work of changing the dialogue of yoga and how it exists in our community. We are committed to providing safe space to foster growth and balance for those who seek it by following and practice the Eight Limbs of Yoga, leadership by demonstrating the Yamas and Niyamas (moral codes), being of service to our community, acting with integrity and respect for all beings, and finally committing to advocating for what is right, not what is easy.
