About the event
The Winter Solstice Sound Bath is an opportunity to take deep rest and let go of emotions or experiences that are no longer serving you.
We celebrate winter's arrival with Tiffany Pridgen of Glow Yoga. You will be guided into a restful posture, supported by blankets and bolsters while Tiffany plays chimes, crystal bowls, and gongs.
You may experience many sensations and emotions during this time; expect to leave rested, relaxed, and ready to explore the days to come.
Please bring water and any items that may help you find rest (pillows, blankets, etc.)
