Chair Meditation
Yoga and meditation comes in many forms. In this unheated class (offered in-studio and virtually), we will move through gentle chair Vinyasa designed to bring relaxation, functional strength, and flexibility.
During this class you can expect to experience grounding and guided meditation as well as ways to incorporate yoga into your daily sitting routine. If you are a desk jockey or just interested in taking your practice to the next level, this class is for you!
