Danielle Lee

Co-Founder, Teacher

Danielle's dream has always been to own a  studio so that she can share the gift of yoga with others. She has taught yoga and mindfulness meditation since 2019 and is a registered 200-hour teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, as well as certified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She's also spent 20+ years working in the corporate world. All of this experience has given her the ability to understand people from every angle, and to recognize that if you start at the bottom and work hard, any dream can become a reality.

Her passion for people and sharing in their growth is what drives her on a daily basis. In the studio, you can find Danielle welcoming and teaching clients. Outside of the studio, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing her guitar with friends, enjoying yoga at other studios, and relaxing at home.

Danielle's core values are honesty, integrity, resilience, and trust.
