Wiggles & Flow - child class

Join us for a joyful and playful class designed for children ages 2 to 12! This class combines fun games, easy-to-follow yoga poses, and plenty of imaginative play to help kids stretch, strengthen, and relax. Suitable for children of all ages within this range, this class promotes mindfulness, coordination, and a love for movement in a friendly, supportive environment.

Parents must be in the building and are recommended to take the Earth & Water class at 9:30 am.  Please sign up for both.
