Sarah discovered yoga in 2015 as a way to create balance alongside the demands of a fast-paced professional life. What began as a physical practice to improve strength and mobility quickly evolved into something deeper—peace, healing, and yoga’s ability to quiet the mind while fostering clarity, resilience, and intentional presence both on and off the mat.
She is a registered 200-hour teacher with Yoga Alliance and approaches yoga with the same intentional, evidence-informed mindset she brings to her work in healthcare and research.
Her teaching style emphasizes a steady, empowering flow with moments of stillness, encouraging students to build both physical strength and internal awareness. She strives to create a supportive, inclusive, and judgment-free space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, develop resilience, and move with intention.
Outside the studio, Sarah is a Registered Nurse and holds a PhD in Clinical Research. Her work is driven by a commitment to improving well-being, strengthening communities, and bridging the gap between science and human experience.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors at the beach or in the woods, and traveling.
Sarah’s core values are honor, courage, service, and advocacy.
