I’m a yoga teacher, mom, and creative spirit who found yoga during one of the most transformative seasons of life—postpartum. What started as a way to reconnect with my body became a powerful practice of healing, grounding, and rediscovery. That experience now fuels my passion for holding space for others, especially women and parents navigating their own evolving identities.

 

My teaching is rooted in accessibility, inclusivity, and encouragement. I believe yoga is for every body, every background, and every stage of life. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after a long pause, I aim to create a welcoming environment where you feel supported to explore, grow, and try new things without pressure or judgment.

 

Off the mat, I’m usually in the garden, painting something colorful, adding to my tattoo collection, or enjoying a really good cup of coffee. Music is a huge part of my classes—I love curating playlists that help you feel, move, and connect more deeply to your practice.

 

Above all, I’m here to remind you that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s essential. And you deserve to feel strong, empowered, and at home in your own body.
